The word woman is on its way out?
Well certainly at a museum in London who now use the word womxn to describe a female.

This is because some women object to having the word “ man “ in the word “ woman “

The Country has now officially gone to the dogs.

Bint, Tart, Munter, Slapper, Doris, Old Hag, the list could go on..............

How fucking stupid though, expect the same stupid cows who are all for gender neutral toilets but then dont really want Men using them!

Re: The word woman is on its way out?
Man in woman (no giggling at the back) just means person, as the term dates from Anglo-Saxon, when that's what man meant.

The whole word means female (wif) person.

(The ancestor of the word womb just meant belly, and is only coincidentally related to the later development of wifman.)

You'd think a museum would be familiar ith all this old stuff.

Such an infantile view of a word and the world. Still not as bad as “Why do we always have to hear about history? Why can’t we hear about herstory?” Nappy-filling radicals. Rik from the Young Ones was funny, until he took over the asylum.

Is this actually happening or just fake anti-pc nonsense after a non-event?

It's just click-bait shit.

We invite challenges to our thinking and we listen to our audience, which is why weve taken the decision to remove the word womxn from our website and communications about the Daylighting event. Were sorry that we made the wrong call.

I see they effectively said that the term woman doesn’t include females of colour.
Nice

It is amusing to see people tie themselves in knots with this stuff.

Surely you can’t say female then, or human.
